We expect 90% of telegrams to arrive the next working day, however, it may take up to 3 working days to arrive, particularly during peak periods. It's best to allow plenty of time for delivery. This guarantee does not apply if we were unable to deliver your telegram because there was no-one to sign for it or the delivery address is in an area of the UK where we do not guarantee next day delivery, see our delivery map.

• Europe in 3 to 5 working days
• Rest of the world in 6 to 7 working days

We cannot guarantee delivery times as postal service standards vary from country to country so it's best to allow plenty of time for delivery.

Depending on the recipients country, we will use one of the following:

International Tracked & Signed - a combination service offering full end-to-end tracking and signature on delivery.

International Tracked - tracking at five points after despatch.

International Signed - your item will be tracked until it leaves the UK and only handed over at its final destination once we have a signature from the recipient.  

Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days

Worldwide delivery aim: 5-7 working days
